Terra Nova Nurseries has released a curated list of 30 plant varieties specifically selected to complement popular 2027 paint colors. This guide is designed to help home gardeners harmonize their outdoor beds, borders, and containers with current interior and exterior design trends.
Why it matters
The list aims to bridge the gap between home decor and garden aesthetics by streamlining plant selection. It allows homeowners to align their landscaping foliage and bloom colors with established 2027 paint color palettes.
The collection features 30 unique plant varieties mapped to five specific paint colors: Behr's Grounded, Dutch Boy's Deep Rooted, Graham & Brown's Rose Earth, Sherwin-Williams' Celery, and Valspar's Cottage Door.
The players
Terra Nova Nurseries
A commercial plant breeder and marketer that specializes in developing new perennial and flowering plant varieties for the global nursery trade.
The details
Breeding and marketing teams at the nursery analyzed foliage color, bloom shades, and leaf textures to create these pairings. Each selected variety is intended for use in common garden applications including beds, borders, and containers. This systematic approach helps gardeners achieve a cohesive look between their home exteriors and garden plantings.
