Xbox Series X|S and PC players can now access new routes and cars, with four Car Pass cars limited to premium editions.

Playground Games released Forza Horizon 6 update 3.479.874 on November 2, 2026, adding two permanent race routes, new engine swaps, an IKEA Prop Pack with 35 props, and ten Festival Playlist Reward Cars. The update is available to players on Xbox Series X|S and PC.
Why it matters
For players who tune and collect cars in the game, the update changes how quickly new cars unlock and what content is available without extra purchase. The Car Pass cars are limited to the Car Pass, Deluxe, Premium, and Premium Upgrade Editions, so buyers of those tiers gain access to content that other editions do not include.
The patch adds 35 new IKEA props, 10 Festival Playlist Reward Cars, and 4 Car Pass Cars limited to the Car Pass, Deluxe, Premium, and Premium Upgrade Editions. A new Limited Time Series called City Life also arrives with the update.

A new filter in the Autoshow and Garage shows which cars qualify for the current Festival Playlist Events, and all PR Stunt Leaderboards were reset because of unrealistic entries.

Limited-time car series and tiered edition content follow a familiar live-service model in which purchase tiers unlock exclusive vehicles over time. Players in the global Forza Horizon community will track how the PS5 launch on January 26, 2027 changes that model's reach.
If you play on Xbox Series X|S or PC, check whether your edition includes the Car Pass Cars before planning your collection. Players on other platforms should watch for the PS5 release on January 26, 2027.
